* Fixed out-of-bounds area on hole 13.
* Made the ramp on hole 14 easier.
* Nerfed difficulty of hole 3 slightly.

* Nerfed difficulty of hole 16 slightly.

Fixed issue on hole 14 where it was exceedingly difficult to get on the top path.
* There is now timing required to stay on the top path.
Increased par on hole 11 to 4.
