INGREDIENTS/BAKING:
-Flour BKB reduced, 12 -> 10
-Getting parried now sets the bake timer to the cooldown period rather than back to neutral.

USPECIAL:
-KB angle changed, 70 -> 60
-Base knockback reduced, 10 -> 8

DSPECIAL:
-Parrying the pastry when it has a hitbox now destroys it immediately and puts DSPECIAL on a 2 second cooldown.

UAIR:
-Knockback scaling reduced, 1.0 -> 0.8

Turns out, gravity isn't as strong as I thought it was.

-You now have a 30 frame cooldown between uses if the pastry falls out of the stage.

-The pastry can now only hit a player once; cancelling the pastry's knockback with another hit will not trigger it again.

-Fixed some visual errors involving colors being out of range of the palette tolerance.
