Bugfixes:
Fixed ruler name and dynasty bug with murad and mehmed.

Gameplay:
Ottomans and Mamlukes can get tributaries

Diplomacy:
Added tributaries (Serbia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Byzantium, Albania, Candar, Knights) to Ottomans
Removed historical friend between Ottomans and Mamlukes
Removed historical rival between Ottomans and Byzantium
Added historical rival between Ottomans and Hungary

Map:
Hamid province has a core of Ottomans
