Balance changes:
- Cubes now ignore priority 0 and 0 knockback hitboxes.
- Dspecial cube ejection is no longer affected by player vsp
- Dstrong main hitbox lowered by a few pixels, can break cancel while standing on cube.
- Fully charged Nspecial will spawn fully primed cubes (explode on contact immediately).
- If has hsp, cube explosions always send in direction of cube travel rather than using angle flipper 3.
- Cube big/small explosion angle changed: 361 -> 45

Other:
- Added 5 new skins: Metal Slug, Advance Wars, Johnny 5, Loxodont, and (courtesy of Gnome) Gold.
- Fspecial projectile visual updated, now has a trail.
