Raised the starting tees, so that you don't fall through the green.

Small edits to the greens to insure smooth roll behavior.

Edited eleventh and twelfth holes.

Added twelfth hole.

Added Hole Eleven again ... after the engine deleted it :(

Nineth hole is now completable and added a tenth hole to the course.

Eighth hole falling through the green issues fixed. Ninth hole is still not yet complete.
