-Fixed the weapons not upgrading properly

-Fixed the CreateTemplate functions sharing the same names as the Weapon Templates themselves, for example: the Function would be 'static function X2DataTemplate CreateTemplate_WeaponName_CV()' and then the Template would also be 'WeaponName_CV'. While i don't think this caused any issues (at least none that i've seen), i still cleaned up that aspect of the code to be sure. Apologies in advance if this causes any issues in your on-going campaign.

-Lowered the size of all Normal textures from 1024x1024 to 512x512 (This won't reduce the visual quality of the weapons in any significant way)

-Forgot to change some lines in the Weapon Skin Replacer config

-Changed out the conventional tier scope and laser sight meshes on the Spas to use the mag tier meshes instead

-Decreased the size of the scopes and repeater on the Spas

-Decreased the size of the repeater on the MP7

-Increased the size of the repeater on the Python

-Increased the size of the scopes on both pistols
