-add new lvl5 upgrade for the rockets

-add new upgrade for mortar

-fix bug whith the ER sniper effect

-adjust all wepons song (better quality)

-adjust the price and hp of instant materials class

-adjust all weapon fire delay (now instant exept for canons, mortar lvl3 and lvl4 and superminigun)

-fix cheap and instant bracing don't convert to background

-fix door close delay of superminigun

-fix atmissile don't reacte to missiles

-fix at missile don't open door when u clic

-balance oneshot 20mm (cost more and more reload time)

-add flackshotgun (2nd upgrade lvl5 of shotgun)

-Add 3 new 2nd lvl5 weapons (machinegun, sniper and 20mm)
