Rear access shaft and airlock pumps are now powered while docked to station. Added a few tools to the engineering room.

The sub's reactor can now be shut down while docked to stations while still allowing it to be functional. Being docked to a station will supply power to back up batteries, oxygen generator, deconstrucor/constructors, and some of the lights.

Exterior lights will no longer light up interior.

Adjusted engine force and reactor output to be more in line with a beginner sub

- Engine force is now 320, down from 1800. Will still give you more speed than the Dugong so I gave it a bit more power consumption to compensate

-Reactor output is now 2900, down from 15000. This will let the sub operate normally without any major brown outs but will cause constraints when charging super capacitors/running machines while doing heavy maneuvering.

Added more room labels, rearranged armory.

Changed docking port light colour

Airlock interior door now closes when airlock exterior door is opened.
