Corrected some minor wiring complications

Added a bit more stuff to cargo to help build stuff, disconnected medical and cargo fabricators to increase performance

Added water sensors to docking pumps, reduced a lot of power consumption, increased reactor output and increased alien core output to make the sub more viable for campaign players

Corrected some minor issues related to pathfinding, connected medfab to main cargo's supplies and connected both fabs to medical's supplies for easier resource management

AI should now fully autonomously fix everything, no waypoint-blocked junction boxes or any other issues of that nature

Slowed fab/decon break rate a lot, added vents to engine room, flipped left deconstructor and added all-access card to cpt's area
