- backported new wrecked turret sprites and thalamus changes
- adjusted difficulty settings and wreck tags (now batteries and oxygen gens should spawn oxygen and batts)
- fixed minor issues of clipping on orcas and humpback

- added water to dugong's ballasts, so it doesnt float up upon split
- added new R-29 version which is fresh wreck
- adjusted difficulty required to spawn all wrecks, hopefully now you gonna see more after entering second biome
