fixed config error on swdg

- added 2QT bladder model
- added M17 gasmask bag (yes, only the bag, never will have the actual mask; by never i actually mean never i hate that mask! only on rucksack and rajio for now will have them on hips sometime later), special thanks to Delta-Gamma and rusmki (may he rest in peace) for references :)
