-Completely remade from scratch to accomodate kraz's expansion of Fort Redstone. Access road now follows a circuitous route around the cells that can contain said map.

-Fixed layering issue with cell 19,41
--The main gatehouse (by the fence) had a layer issue with the radio/PC where said devices spawned beneath the table rather than on top. This has been rectified in 1.1.
-Fixed workshop.txt error
