- Log substitution letters used for Playfair and Four Square ciphers
-- This also extends the logging for this module for those specific ciphers, to show how the substitution letters are used for these ciphers.
- Remove the F in the "No other conditions were met" action (in the PDF).
- Clarify Scytale Transposition and Running Key Alberti Cipher.
-- BECAUSE OF THIS CHANGE, THE RUNNING KEY IS OBTAINED FROM THE APPENDIX RATHER THAN IN THE MAIN PAGES.

- Fix the modified alphabet being modified again by reverting it back to normal before activating Crueler Revenge for TP.
- It's not awesome when you force solve Crueler Revenge. Oh well. Disable that sound effect when being forced solved on TP
- Stealth override changes for mission IDs... (2 missions coming soon on Flyer's Mission Pack... As long as I keep making more... modules...)
