+ Added Class 43s to multiple unit configs - now renamed 'High Speed Train - <livery>'
* Corrected date in menu MDLs making the Mk3s appear in the wrong order in the buy menu
* Fixed assets so they shouldn't show in the buy menu when 'all multiple units available separately' mods are enabled
* Cut down on materials used for assets
