Fixed an issue where pack loss could persist after a pawn had a pack.

Changes
Pack loss now decreases over time if the pawn has a pack, rather then instantly vanishing.

New Trait: Pack broken
- Pawn will not form or join packs
- Pawn will not get pack loss mood debuff, but can occasionally get the mental break
- Can be gained if a pawn has pack loss (Can be toggled in settings, and chance can be changed)

New mental break: Pack Loss
- Only occurs for Avali pawns who have the pack loss mood debuff or pack broken trait.
