Updated some of the naming and implemented BO1 Richtofen Hands correctly

Added five more custom c_hands, credits to Shr1mp [custom hands pack], mav [ncr ranger], half-dead [metro last light citizen pack]

Added the first custom c_hands, lifted from tfusion [scuffed implementation, wouldn't mind finding a better solution than adding 30 1x1 plastic cube props as playermodels with custom hands lol]

Added geneburn - Countdown to the audio files and removed cremator sounds

Added (maybe temp!) CEASEFIRE content.

Changed all music files to .mp3 instead of .wav, saving a lot of file size, made angry boy angrier

Initial addon creation.
