Big update!!! Made some serious revisions to how the freeze system works:

- Upon hitting someone, they will be chilled, and they will have reduced movement proportionate to their movement speed. Then, when you shoot them enough times, they turn into a popsicle!

- You can no longer hurt yourself with the splash damage!

- Hopefully the changes I made alleviate any bugs, as this is the same method of applying death effects that I did for the Waffe, which doesn't have the issues that plagued the Howl. Enjoy!
