Fixed an issue preventing the lower aft accessway bilge pump from draining that hull. Lowered alpha value of surgery lights drastically. Update to current release version

Updated AI pathing to hopefully fix an issue where bots get stuck in the front ballast.

Added a discharge coil above the front section for balance purposes, which draws from the railgun power supply. Medbay supply cabinet and toxin cabinet have now been stocked with basic supplies. Battery capacity halved for the battery bank.

Created a new connection to allow the sub to draw power from outposts. Updated AI Bot pathing in the back ballast, to prevent bots from getting stuck. Corrected various interactabilities with deco items. Removed redundant wiring

Updated sprite depths for displays and fins. Fixed non-interactable objects, making them interactable. Fixed railgun and coilgun LOS issues, preventing them from firing in their full arc. Fixed airlock pump to now function.
