Aka the one with shading

-Added shading to Rosa's sprites
-Made those hands and tail consistent shades of blue finally
-Decreased landing lag for FAir and BAir.
-Made it so your attacks launch the vacuum in various directions, only NSpecial will detonate it now.
-NSpecial's projectiles now go through enemies.
-NSpecial's larger projectile stuns foes a bit.
-Increased the vertical range of UStrong
-Increased the width of DStrong's hitboxes.
