-Added back dustoff points for dropship soldiers, console shouldn't weep and cry that they are missing now. Potentially fixes combine not leaving the dropship too, who knows.

-Made the Automatic Wave Control a lot more sensible, no more enabling buttons while playing and are instead just enabled at the start and spawns special units when ready.

Updated the ammo script to have a minimum clamp at 1 instead of 0. Should let you get ammo for the RPG and anything else that has a magazine size of 0(for any cool sweps that have large ammo pools but no magazines, sorry, you only get 1).
