increased hitpause on a lot of moves (lmk if there are any that STILL need more hitpause, which there likely will be)
made ftilt faster by a bit, made hitboxes more similar
made bair kill better
fair has a better visual and slightly more range
dash attack given a purpose, waiting for a visual change (will now protect against projectiles)
dstrong given more consistent kill power
dtilt timing changed
uspec drift increased, descent speed decreased, does not go into pratfall when cancelled immediately.
made uair send straight up for better di
