Fixed an issue with Moxfield importing.

Making it possible to spawn everything face-down, for competitive players. Also made the maindeck, sideboard, etc. spawn face-down by default.

Fixing issues with Archidekt import

Incorporating PR #28 courtesy of @SonosFuer. This change imports a custom JSON parsing library which should relieve the awful lag spikes when importing large decks.

Added an option to fetch PNG graphics, which defaults on. Also fixed a bug with input toggles. Thanks to @febs for both!
