WINTER UPDATE :

new traitor guard faction (this new faction will only have access to renegade imperial units)

for Renegade Imperial Guard faction :

new hero units : Rogue Psycher , Dark Apostle (return to IG mod) , Chaos Librarian
new ressource : Requisition (used for renegade guardmens, renegade ogryns and all renegade imperial units...)
new ressource mechanic : purchase ressources with Chaos God Favor
new buildings / ressources and economy rework
weapons visual effect change
new abilities for heroes units.
research tree rework
bug fix (unholy rites, heroes missing abilities etc...)
