ADJUSTMENTS:
Jab 1 - Hitbox lifetime is increased to 3 frames instead of 1 frame, removed knockback scaling
Aerial NSpecial - Parry Stun removed
FStrong - Knockback Scaling increased to 1.25 (was 1.05), uncharged (combo FStrong) BKB and Knockback Scaling cut in half (charging it, even slightly, is the same strength it usually is), BKB (charged) decreased from 8 to 7.5
DStrong - Knockback Scaling increased to 1.2 (was 1.05)
USpecial - Easier to catch DI
