Drone now only deploys when trigger is pressed instead of on trigger pressed or when dropped.

fixed hands showing after a reinforced wall is fully deployed.

fixed being able to move while crouched while controlling a drone. Fixed drone screen. made it so drone now starts as a item and need to be dropped to use. made drone pickable.

Ban hammer only bans people when trigger is held. fixed drone forward movement being inverted. Fixed drone controls overriding input. player can no longer move while controlling a drone.
