made it so you have to pull walls up to fully deploy them.

Converted destructible shack to a destructible house. fixed melee proxy and made it so it can damage multiple walls. fixed sledge hammer and also made it so it needs velocity and has a attack cooldown. reverted reinforced wall visual indicator to the less broken one.
