- trying little workaround in NetworkPrinter to set DefaultSubType when it's reported nil.

- fixed sprite misalignment with crematorium door, broken tesla-matic and large saunabench
- small baksetballbench now has same sprite as the normal smallbench
- defined some small tables to 1 sprite to give me some more room in the spritesheet for new items
