Fix unknown entity origins on playing custom sounds

Fix sounds not changing origin

─ Added a custom sound system allowing better control on sounds
─ Added 'prop_physics' to breakable entities and ensure they cannot be broken again

Major Update: entity breaking system, panel elements descriptions, enhanced features..

Fix configuration not impacting script

Re-fix config loading

Fix errors with GuthSCP.isSCP and GuthSCP.getSCPs functions
