- changed down strong angle (361 -> 90)
- increased down strong base knockback (7 -> 8)

- decreased up strong sweetspot knockback scaling (1.2 -> 1.15)

- decreased down air landing lag (9 -> 8)

- decreased forward special hitstun multiplier (0.9 -> 0.7)

- gordo now always sends in the direction it's moving instead of the relative position of the player that was hit
