- Added a spud indicator in the lower left corner that shows how many spuds you currently have in your inventory, it will also only be visible when holding a spudgun.

- fixed a bug which caused the "hits left" message to appear when mining with a drill.

New features:
Added the hits left thing (I really need a better name for this) for burnt trees and the final log types that did not have it.

Changes:
The time left to refine now appears next to the e to refine text instead of the top of the screen.
