Completely reworked the heat & energy mechanics to make the generator easier to use and more useful in early game setups.

- Changed the heat to power conversion ratio significantly.

The building now converts heat to energy at a rate of 1 Watt for every 1000 DTU/s of heat.
So at 100% efficiency the generator now deletes 200 kDTU/s and generates 200W.

Please continue to provide feedback, this is only the first step towards balancing this mod correctly.
