Optimised some stuff a bit. Game should no longer lag to absolute hell when you have a few weapons listed in your item bar, or just lag more over time.
All weapons should now also display properly

Fixed a very dumb oversight where resource files were not sent to the client if this was installed server side, resulting in missing textures. Should be fixed now! >.>

Added item display in the toolbar -> Uses Icon from Weapons tab. If this does not exist, this will be a grass block instead
