Added Turn Track and 3 skill cards. Removed game turn counter as it was redundant.

Added a dice cup, just because.

Added some era tunes. Took out the Player Aid crate as it was redundant with the manual there already.

Unlocked scenario page and charts and put mouse over note to flip them for the second page as there's hidden data on it that shouldn't be plainly visible on some. Reduced size of dice trays a little. Need to add a missing ref chart I think.
