Moved Space Pirates Enhanced from SPRT to SPRTE. ABOMINATION and SPRTE explosions probability reduced to 50% and explosion range nerfed from 100m to 40m. Removed PPP Dependency (can still be used if you want). Target profiles now have 150 target value minimums (except for the small drones ones)

Added ABOMINATION Boss Encounter, rolled back to earlier target profiles as they were breaking behavior.
