Added a new event that allows you to increase the AP limit to 40 if you chose the 18 option.
This can be triggered in the console with the command "event mapt_start.2"

Added an event that fires on game start and allows you to choose whether you want 18 or 40 Ascension Perks.
The slots WILL still show but they wont be unlockable.
