pratfall acceleration decreased 0.85 (yikes) -> 0.6
maximum fall speed decreased 14 -> 10
fast fall speed decreased 16 -> 14
gravity speed increased .5 -> .55

land sound changed
air hurtbox changed to be consistent

MOVE CHANGES--
Fspecial now goes into pratfall on whiff, but travels longer.

All aerials have improved anims
Nair and Bair have reworked hitboxes
Nair damage decreased 5 -> 4

-Dair now only spikes at point blank

-Fspecial whiff lag increased from 18 to 30 frames

-Thunder Break (SL Downspeial) damage capped at 30% and now the extended hit boxes are a sour spot that only deals 60% of normal damage.

-Sanguine self damage reduced to 4% per 2, from 6% per 2 seconds.

In an attempt to make certain things more readable, the following animations got updates

Fspecial
-Removed the lingering hitbox that would protect Iroh at the end of Fspecial. This will make Iroh easier to punish on whiff.
