- dspeical and bair have increased friction during landing lag
- uspecial loses half of its speed on landing
- fstrong active frames 6 -> 3
- fstrong startup 12 -> 15
- fstrong knockback 8 + 0.9 -> 7 + 0.85
- fstrong speed boost 7.33 -> 4.5
