don't heal random drifters
loot people
stay armed
and escape from prisions

adds t shirts

tweaks spawn zones

makes squads follow blood

ups their max number from 6 to 7

adds drifters and worn pants

added wakisashi

added chain shirts

removes worn pants and drifters pants

removes goggles

added more armor to the list

updated the spawn rates in the border zone

added hessian shorts and worn shorts to armor list

Now they wander and attack anyone, they also have adequate (for now) armor on
