-increase the maximum nomber of syringes
-now if you don't have syringes, the bots will die 5 times quicker after being downed

- fixed a bug where you can see the revive icon behind you

Fixed Some balancing issues :
- Bots will be in "downed state" only if they die 30m around the player (intead of 50m)
- all the Bots in "downed state" which are more than 50m around the player will be killed and respawned
