Mod now has inbuilt compatibility for Civics and Ethics Classic.

Fixed small bug caused when cancelling a sow unrest operation.

Added in new configuration menu.
New configuration menu allows user to enable/disable espionage features for either hive minds or fallen empires.
Configuration menu also provides an option to ensure a clean uninstall from a save.

Added in global flag - prop_esp_installed.
Added some mod compat information for mod authors in events/utilModCompat.txt
