Update:

- Removed the species class restriction to the hiearchy and masari traits and returned the species traits to the species list.

- Temporary fix to bring back the missing older human portraits.
- Future plans to integrate the new human portraits fully with the Masari portraits.

- Fixed an issue with the missing Masari prescripted empire.
- Fixed an issue with start screen messages for all UAW origins.
- Added the latent psionic trait to the Hierarchy origin.

Bugfix:

- The Masari now have their psionic trait when choosing the Masari origin.
