- Fixed names of cities and units. All unusual characters are replaced with English so as not to break the encoding.
- Reduced timber income.
- Added alliances and mutual defence treaties to the main scenario.
- Added Transistria, South Sahara integrated in Morocco.
- Updated GDP and population,of all countries. Basic interest rate decreased to 3%.
- Rebalanced the influence of government debuffs.
- Returned intelligence academies to the main scenario.
- Increased the cost and speed of building research centers.
- Added couple worldwide unit technologies.

- Reduced maintenance cost of oil derrick.
- The cost of building military production and military infrastructure has been reduced to 0 to eliminate the 0 maintenance exploit. Now, for the construction of a new production, you need much more industry and military goods.
- Government/opposition support buttons returned. The ability to change the price of support for opposition / spies / rebels has been removed. Added extended tables to display unit stats. All changes to UI, except the table of stats, work only in my scenarios. So you can change opposition support to 0 in other scenarios, without removing the mod.
- Changed oil reserves on the map.

- Added recruiting office. It doesn't increase the number of recruits, but only works as a storage. If you need to accumulate a lot of recruits, and the garrisons are already full, then build recruitment offices and fill the garrisons again. During World War III, turn off these buildings and get your conscripts.
- Modern strategic bombers have been converted to a high air target, as well as aircraft of the last 6th generation.
- The damage of strategic bombers in cities has been reduced by х2.
- The rate of fire of long-range anti-aircraft has been increased. Added antiaircraft from the 2040s. The rate of fire of the rocket artillery has been increased.
- Anti-aircraft buildings have been improved, basic anti-aircraft hit 1.5 times farther and laser anti-aircraft shoot faster and better at high air targets, but the range of fire is shorter.
- The anti-air defence and range of ground attacks of the fleet have been improved. Defense of fleet against air attacks increased x2. Now, to defeat the enemy fleet, it is desirable to have your own fleet, and not just a bunch of aircraft.
- A couple of changes in the leaders of the countries.
- Added a special wall on the border with Mexico, which costs nothing to maintain, but it has very low defense parameters compared to a regular wall.
