* Made window boostable
* Tweaked cover between catwalk to hostage yard
* Moved crate closer to house entrence

Emergency update numero uno
* Attempt at fixing ramp
* Slope is more slippery
* Increased start slope launch speed to reduce chance of dying of fall damage
* Added barbed wire on top of ct spawn fence to stop weird camping there but to still allow the boost
* Better visibily around ct spawn
* Better movement in hostage yard
* Better walbangs in mid house
* Fixed david boost
* Added a snowman for ics_de
