MANUS REMOVED!! Accidentally included a home brew version of the cards and model.

Once an official version of Manus exists on the workshop, please notify me so I can include him.

For now, the game is missing Manus, but it is 100% official content, which is more important to the essence of this mod.

Rulebook PDFs fixed, Manus expansion added! Fixed an error which had The Pursuer under mini bosses instead of main bosses.
