-Dash turn has a new animation.
-Jab no longer has whifflag. However, its endlag was increased(10F->16F).
--Jab 2 now has cancel frames for jab1 or tilts.
-Forward tilt startup decreased (10F->8F).
-Down tilt startup increased (6F->7F).
-Up tilt startup decreased(7F->6F).
-Dash attack startup decreased(20F->17F).
-Forward strong animation was slightly adjusted. The move also has slightly less friction when Yoshi jumps forwards.
-Fixed a mistimed swipe SFX on back aerial.
-Up special's clean hit has more knockback scaling(.2->.5). However, it now has a base knockback of 5.

Flutter Kick is now usable during the tumbling state, allowing it to be buffered out of hitstun. It does not however fully restore upon hit anymore, though.
Forward aerial animation was slightly updated.
