1.0.3:
- Fixed the name not generating the MK X portion correctly.
- Set a 50k Per second healing cap, Additional healing over 50k is reduced by 95% to prevent Game breaking heal tanks.
- Doubled all standard hull bonus' for the hull boosts.

(Note the game does some wacky math but on the code level it is trying to apply the correct percentages)

- Increased the Regen Rate and Hull Repair Limit for all levels.
- Added the (missing) base description of what the upgrade was for. The tooltips are at the bottom will no longer be blank for basic versions of the upgrade.
