Very quick update fixing something small with the elven keeper, made the elves slightly cheaper (the confirmed good ones) and made it so that the starting elves can't be insane (unlucky but unintentional, so got rid of it)

Made A30Bonus and A30 Difficulty compatible (we both had gorgon and some other similar stuff named the same, causing a duplicate ID error)
