- NoRookies: Added config option to use hive level instead of playtime (which is now based on td playtime!)
- NS2Panel: Added check for NS2Panel Mod to avoid duplicate round reports when both are running. You should only use either the plugin or the standalone mod.
- Some smaller code style cleanups
