Cleaned up codes a little bit:

- Removed unused variables
- Merged similar code snippets into local functions.

Custom Spawns:

- Fixed typo in the ns2_kodiak default map con-fig.
- Ignore "enemyspawns" entry for alien spawns.
- Added the "ns2_dumpspawns <filename>" command to dump vanilla spawns into a map con-fig file.
