-Increase Price of the buildings overall in terms of money
-Made all buildings (except Basic and Improved Irrigation) cost 10 admin, diplo and mil points
-Changed the Production Efficiency of irrigations to goods produce
-Fixed the Supply Limit modifiers (as at some point, paradox apparently fixed it to be an additive modifier instead of a multiplicative modifier)
-Added Expended Mining, a special version of Terrace Building but for mined goods
-Some modifiers readjustment
-Basic and Improved Irrigations can no longer be built on arid climate provinces
-The scandinavia burgher privilege "forest expansion" does not apply to province having woods and forest cleaned anymore (hills and hydraulic rights privileges still applies even if the province has the building)

The province macro builder is not yet done but since a lot of you still wanted an update, here's this for now

Changes:
-Basic Irrigation doesn't grant 2 building slots but just 1 now

Bug fixes:
-Corrected the supply limit modifier so it doesn't skyrocket the supply now

Nerf Update as a lot of people(including myself) thought it was a bit to overpowered:
-Increase cost of each building by 100 ducats
-Increase construction time
-Irrigation buildings cannot be build everywhere now, just in some harsh terrain and arid climate

-Maybe fixed the AI behaviour(they *MAY* build the buildings now, I'm not entirely as it's the first time I experiment with that)
-Added irrigation works "building" which can be build on any province
